The main objective of this paper is to present a way of replenishing polluted air in areas like
北京 or New York and turning the mentioned polluted air into usable fuel.
This goal is intended to be accomplished by using algae as bonding bio matter for the polluting chemicals within the breathing air.
We'd like to explain how this above process is being intended to be implemeneted in detail.
Additionally it is intended to motivate people to participate into this experiment.
